初期設定のPWは、生年月日（西暦8ケタ、例：1973年4月25日生まれの方は、19730425）です。
ログインするとパスワード変更するように求められます。画面の指示に従ってパスワードを変更してください。

The initial PW is your date of birth (YYYYMMDD. For example, if your birthday is April 25th, 1973, your initial password is 19730425.） When you first login, you are required to change your password. Please follow the instruction and change your password.

2回目以降のログインで設定されたPWを忘れてしまった場合は、下記のいずれかの方法でパスワードを再発行してください。

If you try to login for the second and subsequent time but forget your PW, please reissue the password by one of the following methods.

「メールアドレスによる認証」をクリックして下さい。
表示される画面でログインID（＠以降を含めない）を入力し、「次へ/Next」をクリックしてください。

Please click on the link “Authenticate by email” below.
On the next screen, key in your login ID excluding ＠ and after, then click “Next”.

「個人情報による認証」をクリックして下さい。
表示される画面で、認証に必要な個人情報とPW通知受取用のメールアドレスを入力し、「次へ/Next」をクリックしてください。

Please click on the link “Authentication by personal information” below. On the next screen , key in your personal information required for authentication and the e-mail address for receiving PW notification, and click "Next ".
